Unlocking Home — Official Rules & Guidelines

Please Read Carefully. Below are the official guidelines on how to earn points, qualify for prizes, and enter the grand prize drawing. If you have additional questions, please reference our FAQ.

Eligibility

Any licensed Coldwell Banker Realty real estate agent may participate in the Unlocking Home Business Growth Experience (the “Challenge”). All agents are automatically entered into the Challenge. Participation includes attendance at Monday Challenge sessions and constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these Official Rules. Nothing in this challenge shall be construed as modifying or altering the terms of the Participant's Independent Contractor Agreement ("ICA") or applicable broker terms, which remain fully binding. NO PURCHASE OR CONTRIBUTION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER TO WIN. 

Prizes may be subject to eligibility and financial/tax reporting rules.  Prizes may be substituted with another prize of greater than equal value depending on availability. All potential winners are "provisional" and subject to verification. This Challenge may be modified, suspended, canceled or otherwise terminated. Contestants will be notified of any such changes.

Prize Rules

Prizes will be awarded to agents who attend at least three (3) Monday Challenge sessions and use Home platform, based on the terms listed below:

  • 10 agents who use the platform the most to grow their business will win a large cash prize or business investment.

    • How to win: Each Home platform session lasting more than 5 seconds will count toward an agent’s total usage. Individual sessions will be counted for up to 30 minutes. The 10 agents with the highest number of qualifying sessions during the Challenge will be selected as winners.

  • 50 agents who use AI Assistant the most to save time will win cash prizes or  business investments. 

    • How to win: Each qualifying action completed through the AI Assistant will count toward an agent’s total AI Assistant usage. Qualifying actions include, but are not limited to using the AI Assistant to: update a contact, draft an email, or write a listing description. The 50 agents with the highest number of qualifying actions during the Challenge will be selected as winners.

  • 250 agents who reconnect with the most people by phone, text, or in person and log those interactions in CRM during the Contest Period will win cash prizes or business investments.

    • Each logged phone call, text message, or in-person meeting will count toward an agent’s total. The 250 agents with the highest number of qualifying logged interactions during the Contest Period will be selected as winners.

  • Weekly Cash Prize: Ten agents will win a cash prize during each Monday Challenge session. To be eligible, agents must attend the full 60-minute session and be among the first 10 participants to successfully complete a designated skill or correctly answer a question.

    • To be eligible for a weekly giveaway, an agent must complete both of the following requirements during that week: (1) attend the Monday Challenge session; and (2) use the Home platform every day. Agents who have previously won a weekly prize are not eligible to win again.

Key Deadlines & Timeline

  • Contest Period: The Contest will begin at 12:00 AM ET on October 5, 2026, and run through 11:59 PM ET on November 20, 2026 (“Contest Period”). Only actions submitted within the Contest Period will be considered for points or prizes.

  • Notification of Prizes: Winners will be announced and notified by a representative via email on or about December 15, 2026. If selected as a winner, additional internal tax or confirmation documentation may be required.

  • Expiration of Winnings: Any prize that has a financial value (i.e., marketplace credits, client event stipends, or travel reimbursements) must be used/submitted by 11:59pm ET on December 31, 2027. Winnings will not roll over to the following calendar year.

Coldwell Banker Realty, through Compass International Holdings, has an agreement with Tom Ferry International, LLC (“TFI”) to provide services to Coldwell Banker Realty agents in connection with the Challenge. Participation in TFI’s services is voluntary, and Coldwell Banker Realty agents are not required to use TFI’s services. Any questions regarding those services should be directed to TFI. Coldwell Banker Realty and Compass International Holdings do not guarantee the effectiveness of TFI’s services or any specific results or outcomes. Any opinions, recommendations, or guidance provided by TFI or its coaches are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of Coldwell Banker Realty or Compass International Holdings.

Release of Liability

All entrants, by entering into the Challenge, hereby agree to release and forever discharge Coldwell Banker Realty (and their affiliated prize partners), its subsidiaries, agents, officers, employees, affiliates, and assigns from any and all rights, claims, demands, damages, actions, causes of action, or suits of any kind or nature whatsoever, known or unknown, existing or arising in the future resulting from or in any way related to the Challenge.
